We, the Catholic Community, members of St. Matthew Parish in Neosho, St. John Parish in Rubicon and St. Mary in Woodland, Wisconsin, are united by Baptism in our common faith with God the Father who loves us and with the Holy Spirit who gathers us into the universal family of the Catholic Church and the local family of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
We recognize that we are always an assembly of saints and sinners, seeking to grow in our faith by our common worship and our service to one another in Christian formation, education and service. We affirm and acclaim the vision of our Catholic Church as proclaimed by the Second Vatican Council and as interpreted for us by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. We commit ourselves to uphold and to complete the tasks the council set for the Church universal and for us.

We commit ourselves, for the glory of God, to full, active and conscious participation in celebrating the Eucharist, sharing prayer and sacraments, studying and living the Word of God, fostering Christian formation, promoting ecumenism and in responding to the spiritual, temporal, educational and social needs of our collaborative parish family.

As parishes once united in history, we understand that in our time we are called upon again to continue the faith journey of our immigrant ancestors in mutual respect, understanding and love. Celebrating the presence of the risen Lord among us, we pledge to contribute our time, talent and treasure for the spiritual and temporal well being of our parish communities and the broader church of the Milwaukee Archdiocese, our nation and our world.

As communities of faith, of action and of hope, trusting in the Holy Spirit for implementing the gospel vision of Jesus, we take on the challenge of building up the Kingdom of God in this rural corner of God's vineyard with renewed commitment, creativity and energy.
